What a session looks like

Each session is 2 hours where we conduct two 1 hour groups of 10 students per group. In each group, we go over the lesson, then students complete their worksheets, followed by their drive activity on the simulators.

Step 1
Schedule + Student Plan

We confirm groups, dates, and space so everything runs smoothly.

Step 2
We Deliver + Set Up

We bring the simulators, materials, and curriculum—fast setup, ready to teach.

Step 3
Teach, Practice, Reflect

Students learn the concept, do a quick worksheet, then drive with coaching.

Step 4
Repeatable Program + Growth

A consistent program that builds skill, confidence, and progress over time.

Beyond the program, we're building the future through our youth.

"We envision a generation of youth who discover their purpose and walk in it — trained on the track with discipline and focus, and built off the track into leaders marked by resilience and service."
